Transportation

We keep camp tuition low by allowing parents to drop-off and pick-up at camp. If you select our Parent Transportation option, then there is no additional charge.

While transportation is not included, we offer 3 transportation options for an additional fee. These options include Before and After Care, Door-to-Door Busing and Central Stop Busing. Transportation options must be selected for your entire enrollment period. Pricing and details are listed below.

The Enrollment Fee for camp includes parent drop-off and parent pick-up at camp. Parent drop-off is from 8:15 – 8:45 am and pick-up is from 4:15 – 4:45 pm If you opt for Parent Transportation and pick-up and/or drop-off within the 15-minute window, then there is no additional charge.

We offer extended hours for families who are not able to be at home for the bus during normal pick-up or drop-off times. These campers may be dropped off at camp between 7:00 – 8:30 am and picked up between 4:20 – 6:00 pm Staff are present to supervise the campers. There is an additional fee for this service.

Additional Fee per camper for Extended Hours (7:00 – 8:30 am and/or 4:20 – 6:00 pm): $35 for mornings and $35 for afternoons per week ($280 for 4 weeks for both mornings and afternoons).

Door-to-Door, air conditioned van service is available within our service area. We use only modern, DOT-inspected, seat-belted buses and vans. Every driver has a New Jersey commercial drivers license (CDL). Every driver has passed a drug test, a background check, and physical exam. In addition, an Eagle’s Landing staff member is on every vehicle to ensure safety. This staff person, also called a Bus Counselor, will greet you every morning and afternoon while picking up and dropping off your child. We provide door-to-door transportation throughout most of Middlesex, Monmouth, and Mercer Counties.

The additional fee for Door-to-Door transportation per camper is as follows:

• 2 weeks of camp: $250
• 3 weeks of camp: $375
• 4 weeks of camp: $500
• 5 weeks of camp: $625
• 6 weeks of camp: $750
• 7 weeks of camp: $875
• 8 weeks of camp: $1,000

We also offer a Central Stop Option where parents drop-off and pick-up their child every day at a central location. This discounted rate is available using our modern, DOT-inspected, seat-belted buses and vans that are air-conditioned. Every driver has a CDL license and must pass a drug test, a background check, and medical physical. In addition, an Eagle’s Landing staff member is on every vehicle to ensure safety. This staff person will greet you every morning and afternoon while picking up and dropping off your child. We provide central stop transportation throughout most of Middlesex, Monmouth, and Mercer Counties. The additional fee for Central Stop Service is as follows per camper:

• 2 weeks of camp: $150
• 3 weeks of camp: $225
• 4 weeks of camp: $300
• 5 weeks of camp: $375
• 6 weeks of camp: $450
• 7 weeks of camp: $525
• 8 weeks of camp: $600
