This was my daughter’s first experience with camp and she loved it! The staff made her feel so comfortable the minute she met them! The Division Leaders informed me the first day how she was doing which helped put my mind at ease. For her first summer, she made amazing friends and had an experience of a life time!
I love Eagle’s Landing because all my friends are there and it is so fun! It is 5 stars everything! My favorite things that I loved were tribes, swimming and so much more!
My daughter came here for the first time as a CIT (Counselor in Training). She had been in sleep away for many years. She had the most amazing summer and absolutely loved camp. She can’t wait to work here next year. You run an awesome camp!
In the beginning, I had one request that my kids come home filthy or exhausted or both every day. They had swim lessons after camp a few days a week so the filthy part wasn’t always fulfilled but boy were they exhausted everyday. Mission accomplished! Eagle’s Landing is one of those places that people don’t believe actually exists when they learn about it through hearsay. You have to experience the staff, the property and the overall energy of it to really understand how amazing it is.
The girls wait all year for Eagle’s Landing where they can see their friends, participate in activities that no where else has, and they get to swim every day. Camp has given my kids self-confidence from their strong friendships, encouragement by staff and mastery of new skills. I can’t say enough positive praise about the professional, loving, attentive staff and the clean, inviting, state-of-the-art facility. The girls love that Ruth Ann and Barry know them and greet them each morning. When the kids arrive at camp, I am confident they are safe and having the best possible summer.
My daughters have had two fantastic summers at Eagle’s Landing. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that they are safe and happy. The activities are not only fun, but they are challenging and incorporate learning activities as well. We look forward to returning next summer.
Eagle’s Landing provided my boys with a fun-filled summer! They made friends in their groups and enjoyed their various activities. So much fun, in fact, they fought on the car ride home as to who could talk about their day first!!!
Eagle’s Landing is like my kids summer family. They count the days until camp will start again as soon as it’s over. It’s great to have a place where they feel so comfortable and have so much fun!!
My grand kids ages 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 live in China and went to camp for 2 weeks this past summer. They were very well received and taken care of. They had the best time and want to come back again next summer!
ELDC IS AN AMAZING DAY CAMP! The directors and staff are very caring and enthusiastic. The children really do get a well rounded experience by being exposed to so many fun activities and sports. They also accommodate children with food allergies which has been such a relief. My kids come home so happy everyday. What more can a parent ask for? If you want an organized and well-run camp where the staff go out of their way to be creative and fun, then ELDC is the place to be!
Eagle’s Landing is so fun! You get to learn stuff and it’s better than staying home and watching TV. I can’t wait to go back next year!
This was our first year at Eagle’s Landing – by far this has been our best camp experience! The office staff, counselors, and Barry and Ruth Ann are warm and welcoming! Everyone is so helpful and a joy to have met. My son had an awesome time with his new friends at camp and is excited and looking forward to next year which will be filled with even more amazing activities!
We have been going to Eagle’s Landing for the past 7 years. We watched our kids and counselors grow up there! The best part about Eagle’s Landing is the staff. Their willingness to partner with families and open communication really makes us feel at home and our boys really love their counselors and the camp grounds. It is a wonderful feeling when I pick the boys up from camp and they don’t want to leave!
This summer was our kids best so far. Every day they came dirty, happy and with lots of great stories. We signed up for next year already and can’t wait for next summer!!
My kids were so happy from day one at Eagle’s Landing! They have met a whole new group of great friends that they enjoy seeing year after year. The theme days, numerous activities, well balanced meals and snacks and opportunities to improve swim skills have made this an amazing camp for my family. The smiles and stories at the end of each day make us realize as parents that we have sent our kids to the right place. Where they can have fun, make memories and have an amazing summer!!
Our children, ages 6 and 4, just finished their first summer at Eagle’s Landing and we could not have been happier with their experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fun and every single one of them clearly loves his/her job and spending time with kids. The grounds are gorgeous and you can’t help but smile the moment you step on campus – there is just so much activity and joy wherever you turn. Our children talked nonstop about their camp friends, activities and counselors and serenaded us with the camp song on a nightly basis. There was always something to look forward to and the summer went by way too quickly. They are already counting down to next June and can’t wait for another amazing summer at Eagle’s Landing!
My son had an amazing summer at Eagle’s Landing. Every day he would come home smiling and talking about how wonderful his day was. He has made so many friends. He looks forward to seeing them each summer. The attention to detail is exceptional! It’s truly outstanding how well this camp is run. Ruth Ann and Barry really care about the kids. They are happy and energetic everyday. Ruth Ann even knows every campers’ name. We are all counting the days until next summer. Thank you Eagles Landing for being above and beyond and always trying to be even better!
